Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, dental, legal, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in our courses.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Course Access, Enrollment, and Duration

Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment (if applicable).

Unless otherwise stated on the course landing page, access to course content is provided for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of enrollment.

During the active access period, participants may review course materials, complete assessments, and fulfill certification requirements at their own pace.

Upon expiration of the access period, course content may no longer be available unless access is extended or renewed according to platform availability and program policies.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• All sales are final

• Refunds are not guaranteed once access to course content has been granted

Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the course sales page.

are the intellectual property of Mobile Dental Services LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

any course content without prior written permission.

8. Certificates of Completion

Certificates of Completion:

• Confirm successful completion of an educational program

• Do not imply professional licensure, certification, or authorization to practice

To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, participants must:

• Complete 100% of the program content

• Achieve the minimum required passing score on all assessments

• Complete all requirements within the active access period

Once issued, Certificates of Completion remain valid indefinitely and may be verified through the official certificate verification system provided by Mobile Dental Services LLC.

Acceptance of certificates is subject to the policies of employers, institutions, or regulatory bodies.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality

• Share misleading or harmful content in discussions or comments

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Dental Services LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the platform

• Inability to access content

• Reliance on educational material
